Privacy notice: Hermes Daily Brief Agent

This is a personal automation operated by Darcy Frazer for his own use. It connects to his own Google account (Gmail and Google Calendar) using OAuth 2.0 to build a daily briefing email that is sent only to himself.

What the app accesses

• Gmail: read-only. It reads messages to summarise overnight mail. It cannot send, delete, or modify mail.
• Google Calendar: read, and create/edit events. It reads calendars to build the day agenda and can create confirmed calendar events. It cannot delete calendars or change sharing.

Where data goes

• All processing happens on the operator's own computer at home. No data is stored on any third-party server.
• Tokens are stored locally on that machine with file permissions restricted to the operator account only.
• The only email the app sends is the operator's own daily briefing, to the operator's own addresses.
• No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no data sharing of any kind.

Revocation

The operator can revoke all access at any time via Google Account, Security, Third-party access, or by deleting the local token file. Questions: darcyfrazer12344321@gmail.com
